Collection notice

This site collects personal information in one place only: the contact form. We collect it directly from you, when you choose to submit it.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store:

• your name and email address
• your organisation, if you provide it
• the description of the workloads you tell us about

We also store two technical values alongside your enquiry, to help us identify automated abuse of the form:

• a one-way, salted cryptographic hash of your IP address. The IP address itself is never stored and the hash cannot be reversed back into one.
• your browser’s user-agent string, shortened to at most 512 characters.

The form also contains a hidden field that automated submissions tend to fill in and people do not. We never store what is put into it, only whether it was filled.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, and to understand whether the compute workload you have described is one we can support. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Where it is stored and who can read it

Your enquiry is sent to infrastructure Omega AI HPC controls, hosted in Amazon Web Services’ Sydney region (ap-southeast-2), and is stored there. It is not transferred overseas.

Access is restricted to Omega AI HPC staff, through an internal tool that requires authentication. The abuse-prevention values described above are not shown in that tool. Our application logs record that an error occurred and what type it was, never the contents of your submission.

What this site does not do

• It sets no cookies.
• It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• It loads nothing from third-party services, and the only request it makes off this site is the contact-form submission described above.
• It does not build a profile of you or track you between visits.

Access, correction, questions and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also raise a privacy concern or complaint with us. For any of these, email welcome@theomega.ai and tell us what you need.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy complaint, you can refer it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If you have found a security issue rather than a privacy one, the disclosure contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
